Integration of Teamsale CRM and Facebook

Teamsale CRM + Facebook: effective lead and customer management

The key condition for improving a company's efficiency is process automation. The integration of Teamsale and the Zapier platform will allow you to connect your CRM with Facebook. Automated data collection and processing can become a reality for your business. How? We explain in the article.

Every year, more and more websites and services emerge on the internet, helping with daily life, work, or business. However, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to remember all the logins and passwords. It’s much easier to have a "turnkey" service and monitor processes centrally.

More often, familiar services are turning into entire meta-universes, combining both work and personal aspects, like Facebook, for example.

Facebook has long been more than just a social network for sharing life updates. It has become a powerful tool for marketing and promoting your brand. With its large audience, you can inform not only current customers but also attract new ones through targeted ads on your page. Through posts, comments, and even direct messages, you can easily engage with your target audience, increasing brand recognition and maintaining interest in your product.

Zapier is an automation platform that connects various services to perform tasks automatically without coding. Simply put, Zapier integrates platforms to interact with each other, and these integrations are called "zaps". Each zap consists of two components: a trigger and an action. The trigger is the event that starts the process, while the action is what happens in response to the trigger. Zapier supports integration with over 5000 services, including Facebook and Gmail.

How is the integration of Teamsale CRM+ Zapier beneficial?

Previously we discussed some of the features and capabilities of Teamsale CRM. The setup of Teamsale CRM+Zapier has its own advantages:

  • leads are automatically created based on the first message from a Facebook visitor;
  • you can continue communication with existing customers directly from Teamsale CRM; you'll always have access to all customer information, including previous interactions, deals, and more;
  • the responsible manager will handle communication with current customers, while leads from new visitors will be available to the entire team in the "Leads - Raw" section;
  • for Facebook leads, a source label will be automatically created, allowing you to see in the "Analytics" section of Teamsale CRM how many leads and customers came from your brand page, how many successful deals were made, and what revenue you generated;
  • you "receive" a messenger within the customer /lead card, which includes interaction history, information about the responsible manager, preliminary activity, and, if calls are present, call recordings with the option to listen.

How to set up the integration of Teamsale CRM and Facebook using Zapier?

  1. Step 1. If you don’t have an account on Zapier yet, create one and log in. Make sure you have access to Facebook and Teamsale CRM, and that your price plan allows connecting these services.
  2. Step 2. Create a new "zap".
  3. Step 3. Set up the trigger. More details on how to do this are covered in the setup instructions.
  4. Step 4. Set up the action that will occur in response to the specified trigger.

Please note that integration is only possible with a Facebook business page. A personal user profile cannot be used. It is important that your page has a button for sending messages added for communication with followers and visitors.
